Pastor Francis will be part of a Pastors Council in Ottawa

The Pastors Council will be meeting in Ottawa from the 4th until the 6th of March. This is a group of pastors from across Canada who meet in Ottawa to provide leaders in Parliament access to an evangelical perspective, prayer and counsel. Pastor will be meeting with other pastors and discussing church growth and trends in Canada and around the world.

"Breaking the Barriers" Conference
(Dominion Outreach Centre, Ottawa)

This conference will be geared towards leaders and the themes will include: breaking the barriers in church growth, leadership, personal breakthough and healing.
